OSCILLATORS : At the heart of MASSIVE X you'll find a new oscillator that delivers more variety than an entire synthesizer, right from the start. Choose from over 170 waveforms and 10 different wavetable reading modes – from the aggressive Gorilla family to bending wave tables, Hardsync, Formant, and many others – each with its own unique sub-modes and additional controls. Install a two-phase modulation generator to add extra motion to the master oscillator.

ROUTING : Connect any output to any input and that happens. Intuitive routing settings allow for reprogramming parts of MASSIVE X, which allows you to bypass, and route audio any way you like. It is also possible to direct the modulator as a sound source to drive elements such as comb filters.

MODULATION : Draw the proper modulation scheme in Performer and assign it to parameters for complex and evolving patches or for controlled changes to sound. You can then use the Remote Octave control to trigger it on your keyboard, meaning you get really playable modulation and a huge amount of expressive variety in a single patch.
